Company: Local Plumbing and Septic
Service Area: Jefferson, Hoschton, Jackson County, and surrounding Georgia communities
Governing Law: State of Georgia
1. Professional Estimates & On-Site Inspections
Local Plumbing and Septic provides plumbing and septic solutions based on decades of regional experience.
- Preliminary Quotes: Any pricing discussed via phone, email, or https://localplumbingandseptic.com/ is a non-binding estimate.
- Site Verification: Due to the "red clay" soil conditions and varying depths of buried septic components, final pricing is subject to on-site inspection. Unforeseen obstructions or buried tanks requiring extensive locating/probing may result in adjusted fees.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us at (770) 778-8350, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:
- 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time communication regarding urgent backups or failing septic systems.
- Service Coordination: Appointment reminders, technician ETAs, and septic pumping schedules.
- Follow-up: Maintenance reminders for septic pumping and system health checks.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Professional Standards
We are a family-owned, locally operated business. Local Plumbing and Septic is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Georgia. All septic repairs, tank locating, and plumbing installations are performed in accordance with Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) regulations and local municipal codes.
4. Punctuality & Regional Factors
While we never "clock out" and offer 24/7 response, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Adverse weather affecting soil stability or drain field access.
- Regional traffic across the North Georgia/Atlanta corridor.
- Difficulty locating septic tanks due to lack of property records or landscape changes.
5. Advice & Information Disclaimer
The FAQs and guidance on our website regarding septic pumping intervals and drain maintenance are for educational purposes. They are not a substitute for a professional on-site evaluation. We are not liable for DIY septic or plumbing repairs attempted by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability is limited to the total cost of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing environmental damage, such as soil saturation or contaminated groundwater, caused by a failing septic system prior to our intervention.
